The human body is not really that efficient in dealing with worms parasites if or when they get into our system, but there are healthy ways to rejuvenate the digestive tract. There are four ways that unwanted invaders can get in: Our food, water, the air we breathe, and our contact with the world around us.
In the U.S., the foods (mainly meat) and beverages are mainly responsible. With so much demand for fast food, meat inspections are not always done as often as they should. There are expert estimates that staff shortages contribute to only a fraction of all commercial meat throughout North America to be inspected properly.
Testing is done by looking at the meat but many species of worms, as well as their eggs, cannot yet be seen by the naked eye. Worms and parasites can also travel through tainted fruits and vegetables, and unclean drinking water, to name a few sources.
Consider that worms can also enter the body through insects like infected mosquitoes, fleas, and houseflies. In some isolated cases contaminated dust, walking barefoot outdoors, international travel, or through sexual contact are sources of trouble.
If you like your meat rare or raw, some things to watch for are occasional gas, bloating, fatigue, and light stomach discomfort. We learned in school that worms can grow and thrive inside our intestines, and may interfere affect the body’s digestive system. These intruders love to eat and the downside is they do it by eating our meal before we have had a chance to absorb the nutrients. Long term this leads to malnutrition, fatigue, and immune system problems. At their worst, worms can grow over time and cause blockages within the intestines.
All this sounds alarming but there is a real simple solution to the problem. There are ways to make your cleanse the lower digestive system so they cannot survive.
Anti-parasitic natural compounds include Green Black Walnut hulls, Wormwood extract, and Clove buds are just a few. Inside the digestive tract, these compounds work together to discourage the survival and reproductive abilities of many common worms and parasites. When taking these compounds, it is useful to also help replenish the body’s flora population with a fresh supply of beneficial bacteria.
Taking supplements of Probiotics (Acidophilus, Bifidus, etc) can cleanse the body of unwanted parasites but also lowers some of the body’s beneficial flora in the process. This is not all bad, especially if you are also trying to lose weight.
Use a colon cleanser in conjunction with Acai Berry which is known for it's weight loss properties and natural antioxidants, to help your body function better, process food easier, and burn fat more efficiently. You’ve seen a more expensive version of this on Oprah.
Once the harmful bacteria is eliminated, the digestive tract is essentially given a fresh start. Fructooligosaccharides, or FOS, is a type of specialized carbohydrate that has been shown in numerous studies to encourage the growth and activity of friendly probiotic bacteria.
